Here's a difficult-to-find Mets 3/4 sleeve MLB Authentic Collection t-shirt from the 2006 season. Why difficult? Most of the postseason MLB merchandise from earlier rounds of the playoffs is manufactured in much smaller quantities (as it is marketed only in the cities which made the playoffs) whereas the shirt which is made for the teams that make the World Series is made for national distribution and consequently distributed in much greater numbers. The Mets didn't make it to the Series. Plus, as we're approaching two decades since this was made, you have the attrition factor, too, as it's a safe bet that there are not many brand-new shirts like this one lying around somewhere. For size comparison, from pit-to-pit, we got 23 3/4" across, and 31" top to bottom.

Anyway, it's a great shirt in a great size (XL) and is 90% cotton/10% polyester (sleeves 100% cotton), The two-tone gray and black look very nice (see the photos), and was manufactured in Honduras. If you're a Mets fan or simply a collector, this is a must-have.

Care instructions: Wash inside out --Machine wash cold -- Do not bleach -- Tumble dry low -- Remove promptly -- Do not dry clean -- Do not iron decoration --

A good percentage of our products are what is often referred to as "New Old Stock" (NOS) which essentially means that while it may have been manufactured decades ago, it has never been opened and/or removed from the original packaging (except for photos in some instances).

We try to take as many photos of our products as practical, as it is our stance that you should know exactly what you are buying. We do not use "stock" photos for collectibles as the condition (new or used) will vary from one piece to the next, particularly in the packaging, which is very important to collectors. The only exception to that is new clothing, in which each piece is identical. So, what's the bottom line?

A handful of good pictures help describe a product far more accurately than a page full of (often-times embellished) descriptors.


We keep our inventory in a clean, humidity-controlled, smoke-free environment. We also do our best to remove any peripheral odor from incoming collectibles prior to making it available for sale.


Our goal is to always try and ship within 24 hours, which is normally not a problem. Keep in mind that orders placed late Friday or over the weekend may not ship until the following Monday! Holidays and nasty weather can also impact negatively upon your delivery time. Lastly, keep in mind that once the carrier has the item, we no longer control your order's destiny!


Of course, that's a given, right? No one stays in business very long with an unhappy customer base. Understand that with the nature of our business -- vintage collectibles -- we don't normally accept returns. We take a lot of photos of our products to protect us as well as our customers. That being said, stuff happens, and if some "stuff" happened to you we want to hear about it.

We buy products online too, and if we receive something that's not as was described, we also want it fixed, so we understand how things can go wrong on occasion. Contact us, and we'll figure it out. Fair enough?
