Can vintage products also be "new"?
We certainly hope so, because that's exactly what we're looking for! We spend considerable time and effort searching for "new" vintage inventory that was removed from store shelves years -- and very often, decades -- ago, and try to obtain a product which is in essentially the same condition as when it was manufactured. And while nothing in this business is ever certain, most of our efforts tend to be successful!

You never know for certain when (or if) a given product will increase in demand
Yet for many, that same uncertainty is a huge part of the thrill in collecting vintage items!

There are times, however, when "unique" does not translate to high demand.
Scarcity does not always translate to high demand. In sports, as in pretty much everything else, the old adage of "One man's treasure..." definitely applies here. Nothing is for certain.
Chances are good we have something you'll find intriguing...

WHAT SEPARATES US FROM THE REST OF THE PACK:
A good percentage of our products are what is called "New Old Stock" (NOS) which essentially means that while it may have been manufactured decades ago, it has never been opened and or removed from the original packaging (except for photos in some instances).
We take many photos of our products as it is imperative that you know exactly what you are buying. We do not use "stock" photos for collectibles as the condition (new or used) will vary from one piece to the next, particularly in the packaging, which is very important to collectors. The only exception to that is new clothing, in which each piece is identical. A handful of good pictures helps describe a product far more accurately than a page full of (often-times embellished) descriptors.
A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
We keep our inventory in a clean, humidity-controlled, smoke-free environment. We also do our best to remove smoke odors from incoming collectibles (not usually an issue with clothing) prior to making it available for sale.
SHIPPING
Our goal is to always try and ship within 24 hours, which is normally not a problem. Keep in mind that orders placed late Friday or over the weekend may not ship until the following Monday! Holidays and nasty weather can also impact negatively upon your delivery time. Lastly, keep in mind that once the carrier has the item, we no longer control your order's destiny!
WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH US!
That's a given, right? No one stays in business very long with an unhappy customer base. With the nature of the business -- vintage collectibles -- we don't normally accept returns. We take a lot of photos of our products to protect us as well as our customers. That being said, stuff happens, and if some "stuff" happened to you we want to hear about it.
We buy products online too, and if we don't get something as described, we want it fixed, so we know how things can go wrong on occasion. Contact us, and we'll figure it out. Fair enough?
