A Note about White Rose Products:

Regarding product packaging: As mentioned above, this product was removed from a master carton and as such the packaging is in generally excellent condition for all items from the carton. Consequently, we photograph the worst item from the pool of identical products which we feel accurately depicts the general packaging condition of all products of that type, since photographing each individual item -- from that pool of virtually identical items -- and listing each item separately would not be practical. Typically, even the product with the "worst" packaging looks great. If any product does appear to be noticibly flawed in any way, we will set that aside and list it separately.

Regarding the product itself: There are no photos of the product removed from the package as we see no point in jeopardizing the integrity of the manufacturer's original packaging, ensuring that the product remains untouched by us (presumably for your benefit).

Lastly, we have noted that some of the end flaps may or may not have tape securing the flap. If there is tape, this is how the package arrived from the manufacturer straight out of the master carton and the tape is not from us. Out of curiosity, we removed one piece of tape from one of the flaps and can see no reason for tape reinforcement. Our guess is that during packaging, it made it easier for the worker to package product if an end was taped and secured. This may have been the logic for taping both ends when a master carton was prepared, but this is only a guess on our part. The fact that that some have tape on both ends, some only on one end, and some with zero tape suggest that the use of tape was left to the discretion of the worker. This was noted primarily with some 2002 T-birds.

Thanks for dropping by and visiting. We at Jeff’s Vintage Treasure appreciate the opportunity to serve you.  Remember that while others may offer you vintage style or so-called “throwback” items, we offer the real thing! These were truly manufactured back in the day, so you’ll unlikely find anything identical to what we offer – at least, not in the superb condition found with our items. Our goal is to provide a quality, often hard-to-find product and service at a reasonable price, and customer response reflects that. Should you have any questions, we invite you to contact us and we’ll do our best to answer them ASAP.

WHAT SEPARATES US FROM THE REST OF THE PACK?

A good percentage of our products are what is often referred to as "New Old Stock" (NOS) which essentially means that while it may have been manufactured decades ago, it has never been opened and/or removed from the original packaging (except for photos in some instances).

We try to take as many photos of our products as practical, as it is our stance that you should know exactly what you are buying. We do not use "stock" photos for collectibles as the condition (new or used) will vary from one piece to the next, particularly in the packaging, which is very important to collectors. The only exception to that is new clothing, in which each piece is identical. So, what's the bottom line?

A handful of good pictures help describe a product far more accurately than a page full of (often-times embellished) descriptors.

    A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT

We keep our inventory in a clean, humidity-controlled, smoke-free environment. We also do our best to remove any peripheral odor from incoming collectibles prior to making it available for sale.

    SHIPPING

Our goal is to always try and ship within 24 hours, which is normally not a problem. Keep in mind that orders placed late Friday or over the weekend may not ship until the following Monday! Holidays and nasty weather can also impact negatively upon your delivery time. Lastly, keep in mind that once the carrier has the item, we no longer control your order's destiny!

WEWANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH US!

Of course, that's a given, right? No one stays in business very long with an unhappy customer base. Understand that with the nature of our business -- vintage collectibles -- we don't normally accept returns. We take a lot of photos of our products to protect us as well as our customers. That being said, stuff happens, and if some "stuff" happened to you we want to hear about it.

We buy products online too, and if we receive something that's not as was described, we also want it fixed, so we understand how things can go wrong on occasion. Contact us, and we'll figure it out. Fair enough?
